What are your standard shipping charges?

Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S. on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for a charge at checkout.

 

For orders outside of the continental U.S., please contact us at orders.shadesus@gmail.com with the product description and zip code for a shipping quote.


How will my item(s) ship?

We us UPS and USPS for all domestic shipping, no signature required.


When will my item(s) ship?

In stock items will ship within 48 hours of your confirmation email.


Will I receive a tracking number?

An email will be sent with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Note: there will be a delay in the delivery status between receiving your tracking email and the initial tracking scan scan by UPS or USPS.


RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your sunglasses aren't the perfect fit, whether for your face or lifestyle, please return your sunglasses, free of charge, within 14 days. 


How do I return my item(s)?

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and you will be notified by email. Please note: it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
